Cologne’s new automotive experience opened its doors to visitors in June of 2018. Elegant new structures are being added to the historic ensemble of the former airport, which spans 50,000 m² and has undergone extensive renovations.  In addition to various event rooms and restaurants, shops, a hotel and a unique exhibition, this major attraction has everything a racing fan’s heart desires.

Our task

Project management, creating an event case study including partnership concept (catering, equipment, rental furniture), marketing of rental spaces and acquiring tenants for the restaurants, shops, workshops, and showrooms, negotiating and concluding contracts with hotel operators.
